- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service, rude on the phone. They lost the check written to one of their customers and contacted us on the phone demanding we provide information to them over the phone. We offered to provide the info to a local branch office and they rebuffed our offer wanting us to provide it over the phone.
